How do I send you the footage?
We provide a secure upload link (WeTransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive, Frame.io) once the project’s confirmed. For heavier weddings, we also accept hard drives shipped to the studio with return tracking.
What camera & file formats do you accept?
Everything common — Sony, Canon, Panasonic, BMPCC, DJI, iPhone, multi-cam. RAW, LOG, H.264, H.265, ProRes, and most drone formats.
Is music licensing included?
Yes — we include licensed music via Musicbed, Artlist, and Soundstripe in every edit. If you want a specific commercial track, we can guide you through licensing it.
How fast can you turn around a film?
Standard turnaround is 3–4 weeks for a highlight, up to 8–12 weeks for an extended documentary. 48-hour teasers are available on rush pricing.
Do you work with videographers (not just couples)?
Yes — a significant part of our work is white-label editing for wedding videographers. We deliver unbranded files, use your brand on delivery pages, and match your house color-grade across projects.
What if we want revisions?
Two rounds of revisions are included in every film. Additional rounds are available at an hourly rate — we’ll quote before adding any cost.
